Responsibilities

1. Support in the defining of a regional framework for the sustainable growth of the EMEA mileage business proposition

2. Developing a strong internal controls framework and mindset within the entire mileage organization

3. Providing sound financial acumen to support the growth of the fleet organization by reviewing and positively challenging tender, business case and sales forecasts with the fleet sales team

4. Managing the EMEA Profit & Loss Statement for the mileage EMEA business and supporting Controlling in the effective and accurate management of all mileage related Balance Sheet assets and inventories

5. Managing the EMEA mileage financial forecast, AOP and Rv4C processes

6. Working at the intersection with local Cluster teams to ensure the mileage strategy, internal controls and processes are adhered to and implemented

7. Working at the intersection with the fleet business and IT teams to ensure the evolution of an automated and integrated fleet business with all ERP and reporting systems". Respond to ad-hpc queries

Key Skills

1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience relevant to FP&A.

2. Strong business acumen in process improvement, demonstrated understanding of sales, marketing and plants operations.

3. Capacity to handle multiple tasks, to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines

4. Strong understanding and practical skills in relevant systems (i.e. EDW, ERP system (SAP preferred), MS Office, Hyperion or similar local application.

5. Language (English).
