Treasury System & Reporting Expert EMEA

Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Maintain assigned EMEA Treasury and wider finance organization processes and system solutions contibuting to EMEA Treasury organization's quality and efficiency;
• Develop new Treasury reports (Tableau/Excel), automate data feeds, controls and reports and assist implementing new tools;
• Provide centralized process and tool expertize. Act at the interface of the Treasury and IT areas (incl and follow up on EKN and SNOW tickets) and by having the relevant system expertise contribute to the ongoing operations of the supported system solutions;
• Be responsible for controls ensuring continuity and quality of finance systems. Ensure that the systems and solutions are well maintained with up-to-date master data.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure continuity and quality of Treasury systems and solutions on a daily basis and as per business requirements. Run and distribute consolidated reports;
• Identify and enable process enhancement to allow for increased visibility, integration and automation. Act as change manager for the process changes;
• Create and maintain Excel/Tableau based web reports; furthermore act as change manager for the process changes, promote efficient system use and support problem solving in cooperation with the users, maintain documentation of the processes;
• With the main focus on SAP but not limited to it: Act as point of contact for business and IT to align needs and systems.

 

To Join Our Team You Will Need
Experience:

• IT SAP area and data analysis experience (2-3 years);
• Treasury/Banking knowledge would be very beneficial;
• Experience of acting as super user or expert for relevant business and finance applications;
• Project experience including exposure to change management is an advantage;

Knowledge&skills:
• SAP;
• Tableau;
• Excel VBA/ Powerquery;
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills;
• Financial acumen (Treasury and Accounting);
• Experience in business-/data-analysis;
• Self-motivated, taking initiative, and acting with a positive attitude;
• Team player, ready to work in a remote team and a network organization;
• An excellent command of English (written and spoken).
