The role is part of the EMEA Media & Demand Generation team.

Job Outline

The Senior Customer Media Specialist plays a pivotal role in the EMEA Demand Generation and Media team, overseeing the management of customer campaigns. These campaigns encompass co-op paid media initiatives and enhancing brand/product visibility on customer websites.

Primary purpose of position:

  • Identify and assess opportunities for customer campaigns for each key customer and brand.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing specialists in local and central teams to plan and execute customer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies. Collect asset and content requirements and support asset distribution with brand content managers.
  • Maintain a catalog of standardized co-op activities to incentivize customers, continuously improving it with industry best practices.
  • Develop reporting standards for customer campaigns, monitoring and analyzing KPIs to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Share insights and best practices with trade marketing specialists and customers to showcase the impact on value proposition.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supports trade marketing specialists in planning & executing of customer campaigns. Occasionally present strategies to customers (face-to-face or via Teams).
  • Collaborates with customer sales activation manager to devise campaign strategies with key Pan-EU customers.
  • Briefs brand content managers on creative requirements & provide data on campaign / creative performance.
  • Aligns with brand leaders on brand specific strategy & targeting.
  • Give training/ provides guidance to Hub sales & trade marketing teams on demand generation with / for our customers.
  • Collaborates with customer demand generation specialist on customer campaigns to ensure a coordinated approach towards our end consumers.
  • Collaborate with customer demand generation specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to end consumers.
  • Develop consumer-focused demand generation strategies with our media agency that can be offered as incentives to customers.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant fields, including customer/B2B2C campaigns and digital media.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
  • Passionate, independent, and self-driven with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
