Quality Assurance Intern - for our Mercury Plant in Dudelange

You will have the opportunity to:

• Ramp up an innovative, highly automated tire production plant in collaboration with a diverse, international engineering team,
• Work with the latest technology in a digitalized environment,
• Seek and implement new ideas to drive safety, quality, and reliability and productivity,
• Grow in your career as a Quality Specialist by leading Quality Management Systems
• Participate in the continuous optimization of the work environment and processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Strong ability to follow up the tasks defined.
• Train associates for the Quality related items which are required by ISO 9001:2015/IATF 16949:2016 norms.
• Ensure application of the quality standards in all process and following up
• The quality assurance intern shall participate in all phases of a project for new standardization.
• Involve in some continual improvement activities.

To join our team, you will need the following qualifications:

• Quality Standards knowledge; minimum ISO9001:2015.
• IATF 16949:2016 knowledge is a considerable asset.
• Bachelor in engineering.
• Already some experience as an intern in manufacturing environment is a considerable asset.

We are looking for the following skills:

• Good knowledge of English. French and or German are considered an asset,
• Good problem-solving skills and self-initiative,
• Strong skills for MS Office, Computer and Office 365.
• Results-driven and ability to influence associates to achieve common goals,
• Position requires daily working.
• Project and task management skills
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is important.
