Manager TruckForce Equity UK

Primary Purpose of the Position

To strategically lead, develop and manage the TruckForce Equity Hub network. With full P&L responsibility and accountability for ensuring always First in Service KPIs are met and improved. Leading and continually developing a Health and Safety culture of “No One Gets Hurt”.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for embedding and sustaining a culture of No One Gets Hurt across our equity business.
  • A member of the Commercial Lead team contributing to and assisting the setting of the strategic direction of the UK Commercial business.
  • Ensure KPIs are continually developed in line with the UK business transformation. Working cross functionally to deliver on driving efficiencies, pricing and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure full operational SLA expectations are met for each customer by driving a standardised and uniformed approach across the TF network. Sharing best practices and engaging in cross functional activity is a given and in doing so drive improvements into the profitability of each account.

To join our team, you will need:

Education

  • Likely educated to degree level.
  • Professional or advanced business qualification.

Experience

  • Previous Experience in the commercial truck / trailer market.
  • Working knowledge of commercial vehicles/trailers.
  • Previous hands-on operational customer management and interaction.
  • Previous experience having worked with 3rd party service agents.
  • Previous experience of accurately interpreting P&Ls and formulating applicable action plans.
  • Previous experience in managing large Operational teams from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Knowledge and Skills

  • In depth knowledge of the UK Fleet market.
  • Tyre management knowledge.
  • Excellent influencing skills.
  • An ability to focus, identify, prioritise, quantify, and measure actions.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Critical thinking skills sufficient to analyse and diagnose work related problems and recommend corrective actions.
