Responsibilities:

• Develop new products tire following design standards, according to priorities and performance objectives agreed on and using experimental as well as predictive approaches.

• Learn, understand and apply the Global Design standards, best practices and Release Process.

• Identify and Communicate any process and tool improvement items.

• Ensure product conformity to internal, external and legal standards.

• Identify, communicate, and lead any guidelines/standards & best practices improvement items.

• Coach others on guidelines/standards and best practices.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or any related fields is required (Master’s degree in engineering, physics or any related fields is desired)

• Computer design and modeling experience (catia V5, abaqus, solidworks…) with finite element analysis (FEA) experience desired

• Product Design Experience desired.

• Knowledge in Statistical tools (minitab…), basic programing (VBA) is an asset

• MS Office (World, Excel, Power Point).

• Ability to define and execute projects within a muti-cultural team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sense of responsibility, stress resistant and flexible.

• Showing initiative – Being proactive.
