IAM / IT Risk and Security Senior Analyst

Position Description:

The Identity and Access Management Analyst will be a member of Global IT Risk & Security and will work in partnership with their team members and other parts of IT, to develop, test, configure, install, and implement IAM solutions. Experience with IAM products such as SailPoint and Azure; developing and configuring connectors to multiple applications, user provisioning, password management, certification and role management are preferred. This position must be able to conduct business matters for sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Work with Deskside support, server administration and other parts of IT to remediate incidents. Works under minimal supervision. Provides input to project-related decisions. May write proposals and price out projects. 
• Works on more complex projects, leads smaller projects and performs routine security administration tasks. Assists others in consulting assignments as requested.
• Use a log management tool (Splunk), develop searches and dashboards as required to identify and remediate cyber or product incidents. Document findings and evidence from cyber investigations.   
• Participate in an on-call rotation. Assist in technical support of security related to third party software, operating systems or databases. Has developed unique skills & abilities valued by his/her peers. 
• Has a detailed knowledge of one HOT skill or basic knowledge of several HOT skills. Troubleshoots basic problems and recommends appropriate action. Uses and applies principles, concepts, and techniques of a HOT skill.  Develop/modify programs to support Goodyear’s security requirements. 

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or related.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• In lieu of degree, 8 + years of work experience in IT.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Good knowledge of Windows, networking, IT security tools and basic coding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and writing in a manner that is easily understood.
• Ability to apply different strategies to convince others to change their opinion or plan and wins support from others for ideas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current MS Office products (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
