Primary Purpose and Main Responsibilities
Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish the sell in / sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.
• Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.
• Develop business opportunities to support company growth.
• Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with costumers
• Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Engineer, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Marketing Specialization, desired
• English, desired
Experience
• Provide sales experience, with emphasis in treating with key customers | Sales Area Manager PBC - Minimum 3 years.
• ERP SAP Knowledge, desired.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• SKILLS In strategical and tactical planning in the sales environment.
• Leadership, Resources Management, Sales Technical, Motivation, Planning Execution, Communication, Dynamic Venturesome.
