As Goodyear's Automotive Cloud Lead - Salesforce, you will join an existing team to transform Goodyear’s Automotive Cloud—drive dealer success with cutting-edge vehicle data and telematics insights! Lead the evolution of our Salesforce Automotive Cloud to turbocharge vehicle fitments, enable real-time telematics, and deliver seamless experiences for dealers and end customers.
What You’ll Do
- Architect & Configure: Design and maintain core Automotive Cloud modules (Vehicle Definitions, VIN decoding, Trim & Option sets, Fitment Data).
- Integrate & Automate: Seamlessly connect Salesforce to ERP systems, OEM telematics APIs, and partner data feeds; build CI/CD pipelines for reliable, zero-downtime deployments.
- Analyze & Optimize: Develop dashboards and reports on vehicle data quality, fitment accuracy, and telematics insights—then iterate configurations to boost adoption and streamline dealer workflows.
- Collaborate & Enable: Engage with dealer networks, service teams, and product owners; create concise training materials and hands-on guides that empower users to leverage Automotive Cloud features.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years focused on Automotive Cloud or another Industry Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of degree, 9+ years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Automotive Cloud objects (VehicleDefinition, VehicleTrim, VehicleConfiguration) and data modeling.
- Proven skills in API integrations (REST/SOAP), middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi), and DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, Copado).
- Proficiency with Flows, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, validation rules, and data-quality best practices.
- Excellent communicator who can turn complex technical solutions into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
