Graduate (MBA) Internship Opportunities

The Consumer Marketing Graduate Internship Program provides graduate level students with a unique opportunity to apply their training, business acumen, demonstrated leadership and creative thinking skills as they work on impactful projects focused on solving challenging business problems. In the process, contributing to Goodyear’s rich history of innovation, market competitiveness and profitability.

The program is part of our Early Talent Pipelining initiative and allows interns to enhance relevant marketing skills, provide significant exposure to senior leadership and lay the foundation for successful participants to launch their careers as potential future Goodyear leaders.


Marketing & Product Analytics Internship

The Marketing & Product Analytics Intern will work closely with Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Data Scientists and Analysts to help develop processes and methodologies to more efficiently collect and pull together large data sets in order to analyze product performance, marketing performance and market trends. Additionally, this will also be incorporated into the testing of hypotheses to help shape go-to-market strategies. The intern will play a key role in helping to create insightful/automated reporting dashboards to analyze and track product performance, marketing performance, trends, and identify optimization opportunities. Finally, the intern will also be responsible for developing product feedback processes and assist in market research.



  • Minimum 3.0 overall GPA 

  • You must be a first-year student currently pursuing a full-time MBA or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline and able to commit to working for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2023

  • Graduating December 2023 onwards with intent to return to the degree-program after the completion of the internship


Additional Qualifications and Desired Attributes

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and consistent demonstration of a bias for action

  • Excellent analytical capabilities and highly developed business acumen

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to consistently think strategically

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and ability to integrate insights from multiple data sources and weave into an integrated insights story that leads to business actions

  • Ability to work independently while ensuring multiple priorities are balanced and at the same time, comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams

  • Superb presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders

  • Fully proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with experience using Business Intelligence and Visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, R is an asset and data mining experience with ability to find trends and patterns within large data sets strongly preferred

  • An undergraduate degree in Mathematics or Statistics is a plus or completion of advanced classes in these areas
