The D&I Insights Leader is responsible for supporting the implementation of global D&I strategy through the development of in-depth data analytics that coordinate, monitor, and analyze data related to diversity and inclusion at Goodyear. Our D&I Insights Leader will partner with business leaders to convey trends, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic action plans to elevate Goodyear’s diversity programs.

 

Job Functions

  • The incumbent will help drive the D&I strategy globally with their business acumen, global experience, analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills.
  • The role is part of the D&I COE (Center of Excellence) who champions and contributes to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, recognition, and engagement.
  • The D&I Insights Leader is a critical role on the D&I Team, working closely with the Global Head of D&I to focus on providing strategic direction as a thought leader for change initiatives based on identified opportunities in data. This will encompass understanding all talent processes, trends and patterns globally and while leading diversity program opportunities at the enterprise level, this global role will help guide the D&I business leads in the regions.
  • Helping measure the success of the D&I programs by prioritizing based on hypothesis testing, providing recommendations for opportunities and messaging through KPIs is key in this role. 
  • While leading diversity program opportunities at the enterprise level, this global role will help guide the D&I business leads in the region to drive the D&I Strategy based on the COE recommendations and action plans.
  • A key component of this role is the connection with functional partners and vendors on large projects like engagement, benchmarking, Compliance, Environmental and Social Governance (ESG), compensation etc. to drive integration and learnings from data that impact the D&I strategy.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Business, Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent education
  • 8-10 years of experience working with customers in a global matrix organization
  • Significant experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Strong data-led story telling skills to influence across multiple levels and functions                                                                                                                                      
  • Significant experience navigating multiple complex systems and processes to provide data
  • Demonstrated experience working successfully with external suppliers that provide insights to the organization

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
  • Human Resources (HR) experience

 

Knowledge/Skills

  • Ability to build on and combine soft skills and analytical skills to convey data findings and drive action with key business partners across levels and functions
  • Proven ability to work with global teams (global project experience)
  • Attention to detail with curious mindset 
  • Advanced skills working with various systems and types of data
  • Advanced skills in Excel (Data Comparison Tools) and Tableau
  • Proficient PowerPoint capabilities
