Primary Purpose of Position:

  • Assist with administering the long-term incentive plans, such as transactions including new grants, cancellations, exercises, releases, forfeitures and other ad-hoc equity related transactions.  Demonstrate the agility to learn simple and complex responsibilities regarding equity administration and equity administration systems. This role will be a face to the customer, responding to associate questions in relation to our global long-term incentive plan provisions. 
  • Drive simplification, standard work and sustainability in our Executive Compensation processes.  Collaborate continuously with HR, IT, Legal and Finance (including accounting, payroll and audit) to ensure effective ongoing process improvement including compliance with deadlines and data accuracy. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of all long-term incentive-based programs, including new awards, monitoring current awards/ vesting, ensuring all associate equity plan transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.  Works as part of functional team to execute Year-End Payout and Grant processes as well as any ad-hoc long-term equity grants that may delivered.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our third-party administrator.  Maintain participant data ensuring quality control of the record keeping system.  Responsible for the reconciliations related to transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and quarterly/annual reporting.    Adheres to all SOX and other established controls.                                
  • Monitor and track global rules and regulations governing equity based long-term incentive plans, such as ERISA, IRS, SEC, various regional/local tax regulations and their global equivalent. 
  • Assist other members of Executive Compensation team with the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. 
  • Assist other members of the Executive Compensation team with overall associate education and communication materials related to long-term incentive programs.                 



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (Accounting, Finance, or HR related field)
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred
  • Minimum two years-experience in Accounting or related field (Finance or HR)
  • Big 4 Accounting experience preferred 
  • Experience with Morgan Stanley Shareworks specifically is a plus.
  • Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
