Primary Purpose of the Position
We’re looking for a versatile and detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to join our Global Marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with 1+ years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows Adobe Creative Suite like the back of their hand. You’ll produce day-to-day assets, evolve our design system, and help bring our brand to life across digital, print, and motion.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Design campaign adaptations across POS, digital, sales enablement, and social channels
- Create and maintain templates for regional reuse, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Support light motion graphics projects (After Effects or similar)
- Ensure perfect file hygiene—your files are clean, organized, and ready for handoff
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing managers, creative directors, and external agencies
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system under the guidance of the Design Creative Director
Education & Certifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, or related field is required.
Experience:
- 1+ years of professional design experience
- Adobe Creative Suite power user (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling.
- Experience in creative agency or fast-paced marketing environments is a plus.
- Motion design skills (even light ones) are a bonus.
- Completion of a respected design program preferred.
- Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
