Position Description:

The HRIS Systems Project  Lead is responsible for leading tasks and activities (including coaching and training) that help establish strong, agile global HRIS governance; with adherence to change and Information Technology (IT) Controls ensuring focus on value-added HRIS enhancements and projects delivered with high quality. The ideal candidate will bring prior HRIS functional systems technology experience as well as project leadership to this role.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager Global HRIS Strategy and Project Excellence, Project Manager Global HRIS Strategy and Project Excellence and Global HRIS Team with the initiation, planning and execution of HRIS Projects by leading different project related tasks/phases to a successful completion.
  • Leads and executes tasks that support the creation and sustainability of a complete, easily accessible, up-to-date view for our Customers to HRIS related news, applications and related documentation (including training material, processes, procedures and guidelines).
  • Help define, document and automate internal HRIS Work Processes that ensure clear accountability and responsibility - Resulting in optimal service levels.
  • Help to establish Project Management and Change Management best practices - Then will coach and train Global HRIS Associates on these practices.
  • Leads activities that support the HRIS Transformation where repeatable, standardized, documented work is transferred to Shared Services.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related field.
  • Masters’ degree desired.
  • 3 or more years of experience having working knowledge of Human Resource Systems, Processes, Trends and Best Practices.
  • Experience in working with Multinational and Multilingual Teams (desired).
  • Experienced in managing Small Projects using Project Management Tools and Methods (desired).
  • Experienced with designing, developing and conducting training/coaching sessions on Human Resource Processes and Applications (desired).


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong Interpersonal, Organizational, Analytical, Presentation, Training Delivery and Critical Thinking Skills. Demonstrates innovation, flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to meet objectives in a rapidly changing environment (with shifting priorities). SharePoint (or equivalent CMS Systems)/Web Portal Content Design Skills. Precise and detail oriented - Able to communicate key messages in a concise manner. Knowledge of Visio (or equivalent Business Process Design Application/Tool) is desired.
