About the Position

The Identity Access Management Architect / IAM Architect will be a member of Global IT Risk and Security, tasked with managing, supporting, and improving global identity management solutionsThe role will participate in the design, development, and implementation of Goodyear’s Global identity management / SailPoint solutions that encompass process and technology controls across the global enterprise. The position requires the ability to manage multiple project priorities, maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base to enable support of the Identity Management environment, and delegate appropriate system maintenance and support work to associates and contractors.  This position requires involvement with a variety of tasks such as performance of IT risk assessments, physical risk assessments and sensitive investigations.  This role is the architect and key support individual for the IAM (Identity and Access Management) solution.

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Define technical architecture and process solutions that when combined together meet their business requirements for the identity Management software implementation.
  • Provide consulting services for IT risk and security expertise to assist business units to meet their business requirements
  • Coordinate the engage subject matter experts from across the organization to drive the creation and maintenance of the IT policy manual and associated standards and guidelines based upon the priorities established by management.
  • Facilitate and/or perform control self-assessments using standard Risk and Control Frameworks for IT and physical assets.
  • Perform individual or lead team-based IT investigations & analysis of network & computer digital forensics using a standard case management approach. 

 Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, engineering, technology, business administration or related discipline.
  • 5+ years' work experience in information technology, including year's in IT Security is preferred.
