About the Position

The Identity Management Architect will be a member of Global IT Risk and Security, reporting to the Director of Global IT Risk & Security tasked with the implementation of an upgraded Identity Management software.  Specifically, this role will Architect, along with a team, from RFP through to Go Live and post Go Live support of this software for Goodyear globally.  Experience at the Architect level with Identity Management tools such as; MIM, SailPoint, Saviynt, Courion is highly desired. The IT Risk and Security Architect is responsible for providing advanced levels of security planning, consulting & assessments of both IT & physical security solutions. This role will participate in the design, development & implementation of security solutions that encompasses process & technology controls across the global enterprise and requires the ability to manage multiple project priorities related to a variety of tasks.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Define technical architecture & process solutions that when combined together meet their business requirements for the identity Management software implementation.
  • Provide consulting services for IT risk & security expertise to assist business units to meet their business requirements
  • Coordinate the engage subject matter experts from across the organization to drive the creation & maintenance of the IT policy manual & associated standards & guidelines based upon the priorities established by management.
  • Facilitate &/or perform control self-assessments using standard Risk & Control Frameworks for IT & physical assets.
  • Perform individual or lead team-based IT investigations & analysis of network & computer digital forensics using a standard case management approach. 


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, engineering, technology, business administration or related discipline.
  • 5-8 years' work experience in information technology, including year's in IT Security is preferred.

  • Strong team player capable of creating relationships, working well with new acquaintances & confidently.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems: MS Office Products, advanced understanding of Windows, networking & IT security tools & processes.
