Primary Purpose of the Position
The Investigator will support our global operations by conducting thorough, confidential investigations that protect our people, assets, and reputation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across business units and geographies, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies to resolve complex issues and support a safe, ethical workplace.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage investigations into a wide range of incidents including theft, misconduct, policy violations, workplace threats, and other security-related matters.

Deliver clear, objective, and timely reports to support HR, Legal, and Management decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit) and external law enforcement or consultants as needed.

Conduct public records checks and assist with background screening and due diligence efforts.

Utilize investigative tools and technologies to gather and analyze information.

Support broader global security initiatives and special projects.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field, required.
- Completion of Ohio Peace Officer Training is a plus.
- Additional training or certifications in behavioral interviewing, surveillance, fraud examination, or private investigation are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in investigations, law enforcement, or private security.
- 2+ years prior experience in a corporate or enterprise setting is strongly preferred.
