About the Position

The Recruiter will create, manage and execute sourcing and recruiting activities to fill manager level and below positions throughout their assigned region.  Managing the end-to-end recruiting process, develop and communicate pro-active sourcing strategies to fill positions with quality candidates and build pipelines of high potential talent to fill future needs


Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead external candidate sourcing strategy, including social media and other alternative / non-traditional channels.  Responsible for end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing strategies focused on attracting top talent within the established Time to Fill objectives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Recruiters and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs. Implement pro-active recruiting strategies to attract develop and retain high potential talent.  Drive recruiting and retention initiatives.
  • Recommend recruiting improvements based on industry best practices.


Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
  • Work proficiently with Success Factors or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Understands compliance as it relates to the handling of candidates through the recruiting process.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for a growing organization with a high requisition volume.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or Related field preferred. 


Desired Skills and Abilities

  • Experience working with both in-house recruiting teams as well as with contingency search firms.
  • Knowledge of best practices in sourcing/recruiting top talent.
  • Strong listening skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Must be an excellent communicator comfortable communicating at all levels within an organization.
  • Understands how to effectively leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job posting websites.
