Senior Accountant - Intercompany Billing

Position Description:

The Senior Accountant - Intercompany Billing will join our Intercompany Accounting team, supporting accounts receivable and payable between internal regional business units, along with perform account reconciliations and financial analysis. This high-impact role serves as a key representative of Corporate Accounting, collaborating cross-functionally with departments and regional teams to help drive our “one global team” operating model.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Supports intercompany cash settlements by facilitating netting process and reconciling receivables and payables between affiliated entities, ensuring timely settlements and accurate elimination of balances.
• Collaborate with global teams to streamline month-end cycles and resolve discrepancies
• Provide managerial support to Shared Service Associates that support the North America and Corporate intercompany processes
• Support North America and Corporate month-end close process through various intercompany checks, review journal entries and accounting reconciliations
• Provide occasional support to Corporate Accounting and Reporting team for other month-end close or quarterly reporting tasks

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
• 5 or more years of experience in Accounting or related
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Proven ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
