Position Description:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building a sourcing strategy and creating applicant flow to support the hourly hiring needs across the Company Owned Outlets business. This role will be responsible for the initial contact with applicants, building applicant flow, and screening candidates for fit. Partnering with vocational schools and military recruiting avenues is key as well as partnering with our RPO vendor to ensure successful applicant transfer and hiring process completion.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead external candidate sourcing strategy, including social media and other alternative / non-traditional channels.  Responsible for end-to-end recruiting process, including creating sourcing strategies focused on geography, role, and volume needed. Responsible for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and able to answer questions, discuss the role and responsibilities, and benefits that come with the position.
  • Building relationships with technical schools and military recruiting specifically to benefit entire COO through proactive sourcing and building applicant flow
  • Maintaining an open line of communication with the RPO recruiters to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understand and candidates are appropriately screened. This includes updating reporting to reflect inputs, progress, and deliverables on performance. Also responsible for recommending recruiting improvements and best practices based on research done while sourcing
  • Assist with gathering retention data to partner with HR and the business on a retention strategy by performing exit interviews.
     

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years recruiting experience preferably in hourly workforce sourcing / hiring, but not required
