About the Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager - Corporate Functions is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Corporate Functions (Information Technology [IT], Finance, Human Resources [HR], Communications, Airships, Facilities and Security/Investigations) organizational needs. Additionally, as a Manager/coach you will manage salaried requisitions in the business and develop/implement strategies and processes (with the collaboration/support of the Head of Talent Acquisition Americas and Global Functions and other Managers of Talent Acquisition).  This position will lead a team of Recruiters (2) who manages recruiting for the vertical and University Relations to support Goodyear's organizational needs.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle recruitment responsibilities - Personally responsible for recruitment of requisitions. 
  • Guide/Support/Develop Recruiter(s) and Early Talent Program Lead in the full life-cycle recruitment process - Removing barriers (as needed). 
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leadership Team/Councils on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices that thoughtfully/consultatively drive the hiring process.
  • Influence business leaders with market data that shapes recruitment approaches and decision making.
  • Communicate consistently/proactively to ensure alignment.


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • Masters’ degree and AIRS certification desired
  • 6 or more years of experience in Recruiting
  • Manager of others experience - Desired
  • A mix of corporate and agency recruiting experience - Desired
