Primary Purpose of the Position
The Traffic Manager ensures the seamless flow of creative projects from concept to completion within a global marketing environment. This role coordinates between creative content managers, production teams, and leadership to maintain timelines, optimize resources, and facilitate communication. The Traffic Manager also oversees the Control Tower and prioritizes projects reviewed by the Global Marketing and Analytics leadership team.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and track schedules to ensure creative projects are delivered on time.
- Assign tasks based on team capacity and recommend external support when needed.
- Act as a bridge between teams, lead meetings, and resolve issues quickly.
- Monitor deliverables, maintain documentation, and use data to guide decisions.
Education & Certifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field.
Experience:
- Master’s degree in the same or related disciplines.
- 7+ years in agency settings managing project prioritization and deliverables.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
- Experience in creative production (print, video, digital).
- Familiarity with legal/compliance workflows in advertising.
- Global campaign experience or multilingual skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in creative or advertising environments.
