EHS Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate, preferably from engineering departments, Environmental Engineering is desired,
• Basic knowledge of ADR directive and management is an asset
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 & 45001 Management Systems
• Minimum B Class Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor and Social Security
• Strong working knowlege of laws and regulations related to manufacturing operations. 
• Good negotiation skills to work with all apsects, government agencies and team members
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English,
• Experience in use of Microsoft and other computer systems.
• No military obligation.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Responsible for managing EHS at in a production area 
• Participate in integration of global EHS projects to the Company,
• Managing and organizing the daily routine of production area
• Create effective emergency response plan, train workforce and coordinate emergency action plan,
• Participate in incident investigations to identify the root cause and help prevent recurrence,
• Prepare for and facilitate internal/external audits, evaluate /challenge audit findings and develop/document action plans.
• Prepare and coordinate periodic reports required for permits and meeting regulatory requirements.
• Partner with other functions and lead efforts to continuously
• Partner with related functions to develop strategies and actions to improve EHS performance
• Evaluate aspects, impacts opportunities, risks, and legal requirements in order to coordinate actions/projects to support the plant be compliant with legal requirements, with the operating permit and environmental protection
