Electrical Maintenance Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from Electronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering or similar departments of universities

• Knowledge of PLC and automation

• Preferably knowledge of PLC, HMI, Servo systems, industrial communication protocols

• Interested in automation project design, PLC hardware configuration and PLC automation software

• Able to read electrical and automation circuit diagrams; preferably able to draw

• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic elements and systems

• Enthusiastic about problem solving

• Prone to produce permanent solutions to problems and result-oriented

• High analytical thinking and interpretation skills

• Open to continuous development

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Keeping the efficiency of production and facility equipment at the desired level and carrying out improvement studies

• Carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance activities

• With downtime analyses and root cause analyses; preparing precaution plans and implementing solutions

• Determining maintenance methodologies as needed

• Taking part in new investment processes and new projects

• Carrying out maintenance/repair activities, carrying out improvement studies

• Preparing maintenance plans, procedures, instructions and training

• Providing technical training for team development

• Researching new technologies and ensuring that they are integrated into existing equipment and that software is kept up to date

• Supporting the preparation of the maintenance budget
