Job Description

• Lead performance and set objectives of the Small Business Team  to ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost goals are being met.
• Plan, organize, control, and utilize available resources efficiently while striving for operational improvements.
• Continually develop Operators and motivate them to perform at peak levels. 
• Lead the Small Business Team with efficient implementation of PO to fully contribute to the efforts to achieve the company's targets
• Lead and improve business team indicators - People -Safety - Quality -  Delivery -Cost
• Implement the actions to support Regional and Global Strategies
• Effectively follow up and apply to quality, safety, environment, and energy management standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Working at least 4 years in tire production processes like quality, maintenance, or manufacturing departments
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Being a problem solver
• Good team member
• Effective communicator
