Job Description

• Lead performance and set objectives of the Small Business Team to ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost goals are being met.
• Plan, organize, control, and utilize available resources efficiently while striving for operational improvements.
• Continually develop Operators and motivate them to perform at peak levels. 
• Lead the Small Business Team with efficient implementation of PO to fully contribute to the efforts to achieve the company's targets
• Lead and improve BT-B indicators - People -Safety - Quality -  Delivery -Cost
• Implement the actions to support to Regional and Global strategies
• Effectively follow-up and apply to quality, safety, environment and energy management standarts and procedures
   

Qualifications
 

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Working at least 4 years in tire production processes like quality, maintenance or manufacturing departments
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Being a problem solver
• Good team member
• Effective communication
