Customer Service Internship

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Supply Chain and Customer Service candidate, hungry for starting his/her professional career in a multinational and dynamic organization.

 

The internship  will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Sales acting as support to ensure that customer needs are met thus contributing in making Customer Service most effective in providing a holistic service to our customers, specifically on the strategical projects. He/she  will work closely with other Supply Chain departments to cover special requests in compliance with Goodyear standard work procedures.

Further he/she will contribute to and support the company and one team philosophy by continuously developing communication skills, to ensure the best possible results for the customer and the company.

 

Through a progressive involvement, the internship will have the opportunity to support the team and bring contribution in the following activities:

 

  • Focus on supporting the team with analyses and reports to allow the more experienced team members to provide value-added services to customers
  • Order Management: support in follow-up of all orders and business inquiries. Use the order management processes to drive a continued customer centric approach through flawless order processing, providing clear and reliable order confirmation.
  • Contribute in maximizing the reliability of our order promises and services by taking necessary actions and taking proactively contact with all necessary internal partners. 
  • Quality Management: support in entering and processing customer claims
  • Become familiar with the understanding of all relevant Order To Cash areas where customer claims can occur including logistics claims, billing, pricing.
  • First Contact Resolution: support in maximizing the customer requests answered during the first contact with the CSR in the contact center.
  • Support in maximizing sales and customer order fulfillment: take all necessary actions to sell the plan. 
  • Offer guidance and support to the customer in all relevant ordering channels (through Customer Service or e-Ordering)

 

Education:

  • Diploma
  • High experience of main MS Office applications usage
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • Experience to work in a team: support team goals, take initiative, seek to give and receive help and feedback
  • Continuous improvement attitude
  • Very good communication skills 
  • Fluent English
