We are looking for the Marketing Manager of the Commercial BU (truck). The position will be in charge of operationalizing the company's global and EMEA wide marketing strategy for commercial products and services within the Italian market scope and specifities in alignment with the regional marketing team and the country Commercial PBU business leader.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

- Adopt and implement marketing activation plans for Commercial Products and Fleet services & solutions within Commercial Business Italy

- Contribute to class A S&OP in close alignmend with the Sales & Operations Team

- Define new product requirements / line-ups for the individual brands to be competitive towards external competitors
- Create and implement sales campaigns and promotions in line with AOP
- Design and produce point of sale material, manage website(s) and marketing material

- Design, manage and implement new product launches and Fleet Service solutions to approved customer segments in close collaboration with (country)  PR Team

- Support the (SAG) cost optimisation. Reduce redundancies within marketing, in order to streamline processes and reduce cost (SAG)

- Conduct relevant market research with focus on fleet marker intelligence (in close co-operation with MRI department) and establish market and competitor trends

- Drive Salesmen Toolkit programme with data bank of Products & Services Testimonials and turn these into effective material to generate demand and publicity (in close co-operation with PR department)

- Permanent contribution to Commercial related support of sales academy content and respective execution of product related sales trainings.

 

Experience:

- Experience of 5 years in brands or products management (B2B, B2C) with proven track record
- Experience with market forecasting
- Experience in Sales is a plus
- Experience in an environment, where products are an investment/ asset for the customer
- Experience in using different marketing tools especially on B2B market

 

Education and skills:

- Master degree in Economics or Marketing

- Strategic thinking (strategic vision; insight of business development)
- Ability to work in/with regional/global operating matrix organizations
