About the role
- Ensure service policy compliance, service effectiveness and cost efficiencies in line with aligned objectives through performance of regular field audits and tracking of service KPI's ensuring the quality of service delivered by Goodyear service partners to contracted PPK fleets.
- Build working relationships with fleet customer workshops, service providers and casing partners to facilitate effective day-to-day service levels and suppport operational alignment
- Responsible for the correct and timely approval of jobs entered in FOS (Fleet Online Solutions) by the service providers on behalf of our PPK Fleet Mobility customers, complying with our internal rules and criterias/tire policy set out in the contracts with our Fleet Mobility customers.
- Monitor the automated job approval process and support further development and potential adaptations of this functionality.
- Analyze the cases and coordinate the next steps with our Fleet Service Technicians, where appropriate conduct your own area audit and recommend improvement plans to ensure delivery of contracted service level and cost improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding of new PPK business through efficient and timely inspection of newly contracted vehicles to enable account creations, including addition of new vehicles to existing fleet contracts.
- Coordinate or Conduct regular fleet and service provider audits (including casing process & part worn tyre usage) to identify existing service quality levels and identify action plans to support service improvements and ensure policy compliance, service effectiveness and cost efficiencies. Support the adoption of Goodyear approved systems, tools and processes by service providers to manage contracted PPK vehicles (eg: eCasing, eJob)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist the delivery of contracted service levels by fleet, and support the delivery of profitable business through the implementation of service improvement plans. Coordinate with field functions – clarify uncertain/critical cases with technical or sales team
- Job Approval – on-time review and approval job recording related to tire services and fitments, for regular services and breakdowns in PPK. Verify the necessity of the job, involve the internal stakeholders for investigation if applicable and ensure alignment with organizational and contractual guidelines
- Optimization of the job approval flow - define criteria’s, codes and processes to support a maximized automatic approval
- Ensure a fair 50/50 tasks distribution between Fleet Service technicians and Job Approver activities by providing transparency and clear communication to both team managers
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent in Maths
- Current valid driving Licence

Previous Experience in the commercial truck tyre market

Working knowledge of commercial vehicles/trailers and Experience and/or interest in automotive industry

Systems (FOS, eJob, SAP)

Strong ability to work in a Matrix Organization/environment

Min 5 years working experience and proven track record in:

Tire Service and/or Retail

Commercial vehicle tire maintenance

Working as part of a larger organisation

Current knowledge of commercial truck tyres

Practicable understanding and knowledge of truck tyre service and maintenance

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. Communication skills – ability to discuss critical cases with service providers

Ability to grasp new technologies and tools related to fleet maintenance and tire service organisational and analytical skills

Able to converse in English - Any other European language is an asset. French speaker.
