As Accounting Manager, you will:

  • Manage the overall GR Accounting & Controlling workflow, while being an inspirational Leader for our accounting team.
  • Act as an Advisor and Business Partner. Communicate across the Company to maintain efficient workflows and processes.
  • Prepare and Supervise Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reporting (IFRS & GAAP)
  • Prepare and Supervise all submissions to the Tax / VAT / Labor authorities etc. 
  • Coordinate and ensure timely completion of external audits, Sox compliance testing, and other regulatory requirements (Tax Authorities, Statutory, Transfer Pricing) in cooperation with our external consultants.
  • Ensure internal controls are properly designed, implemented, and operating in compliance with Company policies, SOX requirements, GR laws and regulations.
  • Have Close Cooperation with External and Internal Auditors.
  • Diagnose opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of various accounting processes.


To join our Team, you will need: 

  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics    
  • 2-6 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities 
  • A’ signatory Accounting right 
  • Strong working knowledge of Greek legal entities’ taxation, accounting standards and overall fiscal compliance practices 
  • Solid understanding of local GAAP/IFRS and U.S. GAAP and internal controls in compliance with SOX.
  • Chartered accountant Certification or Analyst Certification (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA, etc.) would be considered a plus. 
  • SAP experience is highly desirable 
  • English language - proficient level (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written, that can present views in a clear and compelling manner
  • Team player who promotes collaboration internally and externally.
