1. Responsible for entire shift – safety, productivity, quality, equipment, systems, manpower allocation.
2. Ensure production numbers as per plan.

3. Daily reporting to Auditor/ Area specialist 
4. Design shift schedule for  hourly associates
5. Attend production meeting, plant review meetings, waste, energy, safety and training meeting ( on specified days)

6. Execute all indicators of the Business team and ensure all are met.
7. Maintain all Business centre documents.
8. Ensure good housekeeping.
9. Support and implement a system which improves the Business centre performance.
