1. Primary Purpose of the Position
•    Coordination/Analysis/Valuation/Configuration of time and process organization in work systems and work areas to improve the machines' productivity and optimize the material flow
•    Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine associate functions and responsibilities.
•    Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools, Auto Cad etc.
•    MIS Reporting daily, weekly and Monthly
2.  Principal Duties and Responsibilities
•    Lead monthly update capacity calculation and evaluate the ticket by using AUR Capacity.
•    Take charge of business center layout design and update per customer/process requirement
•    Responsible for updating VSM based on requirement and OEE analysis to define improvement in respective areas
•    Take responsibility to finalize manning requirement based on ticket and machine ramp up and Machine running requirement.
•    Lead LEAN / Focused Improvement projects and follow up with business center partners to get desired results
•    To adhere with EHS policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
3. Desired Experience
5 Years or above Experience into Industrial Engineering from manufacturing Industries into IE domain. 
Experience from Tire Industry is preferred

4. Educational Qualification
BE - Industrial/ Production / Mechanical
PG- ME / M.Tech (Industrial Engineering) preferred.

5. Behavioral Attributes: 
Analytical analysis, Time management, Collaborative skills, Good Communication skills, Fluent in English for written and verbal, Great skills in MS office (Excel and Power points is must), Interpersonal Relationships, Ownership & Accountability.
