Job Responsibilities:

· Drives technical saving across the plant in coordination with Local and Regional Stakeholders

· Responsible to prepare the AOP for MDPO and NPI shipment and waste

· Responsible to identify the MDPO project/IDs and its execution

· Responsible for Tire screening data and its selection with designer, NPI shipments exercise, coordination with Supply chain, design team, AE Team

· Respected conference call arrangements and execution to drive both the areas  

· Executes the MDPO opportunities with the support of Material Process, Plant NPI, QA and Regional MDPO support. 

· Identifies process capabilities MDPO projects and execute NPI MDPO builds.

· Important member of strategy for 100% uniformity in NPI  

· Conducts weekly MDPO call with all the stakeholders and update on status.

· Tracks monthly NPI cost against AOP by proper planning

· In charge of NPI audit who handles all related audits 

· Creates Weekly and Monthly MDPO reporting to regional and local teams

Job Qualifications:


· BE/BTech (Chemical/Rubber Tech/ Polymer /Automobile/ Mechanical
· 10 to 12 years related experience from tire industry (Technical savings, Final finish)
· 8 to 10 years of experience in consumer radial tyres – quality process or QA (technical savings, uniformity, process control, OQL)
· Good communication skills to handle conference call with the region, GICL
