HR Business Partner Projects

Position Description:

Direct reporting to Employee Relations Manger and Matrix reporting to Project Manager . Resposible for HR complainces, liasoning and HR affairs related to new projects.


Principal Responsibilities:


Government Permits:

1.Working as an intermediary between Government authorities, Projects team, GY Legal Consultant, Updating the Projects team progress on permits.

2.Participating in Regional calls for updates and sharing’s

3.Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource;

4.Maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

5.Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and Procedures.

6.Take necessary approvals from Forest department,

7.Approvals from City Industrial Corporation

8.Ensuring ESIC certifications,

9.Maintaining rapport with Police Authorities

10.Responsible for overall HR project activities, like various government approvals, certifications, government liosoning, statutory and legal compliance pertaining to applicable labor laws, Contract labor management and environment compliances.
11.End to end employee life cycle management, MIS updates, Grievances handling, Liosoning with local, government & private bodies.



Approvals on all Government regulations, Contractual workforce, licenses and issues related to all Projects.

Working as HR Business Partner for Projects.

Talent Management Support for Projects


Required Experience:

  • 12-15 years of work experience in Legal and Administration n manufacturing sector 
  • Experience with reputed MNCs is highly desirable.


  • Graduate in any discipline., MBA in Human Resources

Personal Skills/  Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with shop floor associates  
  • Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly
  • Ability to create reports and write business correspondence
