Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTA,ensuring reliability of BTA equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methodology:-
• Leader for Reliability Activities of BTA from Electrical function
• Manage Capex & operations activities of Electrical Maintenance in BTA
• Shift management of entire Electrical team
• Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT

Reliability:
• Leading the upgradation of absolute system for Reliability enhancement
• Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
• Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Mixing, Calendering & Extruders etc.
• Site improvement activities
• Responsible to control of consumable consumption .
• To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
• Responsible to control spillage and Leakages during the maintenance.
• Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance.
