1) Lead all aspects of local Plant Optimization deployment aligned with regional strategies and tactics in order to ensure a successful and sustainable implementation.
2)  Drive "People & Environmental Care" as a value and build a culture of "Zero Loss" while ensuring "One Goodyear Way".
3) Drive the foundational aspects while installing the various pillars in line with the implementation plan and by respecting the "One Goodyear Way" principle.
4) Mentor & coach the pillar teams to reach to Maturity level-3
5) Provide direction and support the Business Team on building the pillar teams. 
Coach, facilitate & coordinate the business pillar teams on all activities. 
Act as key member of the Plant Steering Team and report to PO/FI Leader.
6) Lead Steering committee meeting at plant level (business  center  as needed) to ensure alignment and progress. 
Ensures plant / business team pillars stays on plan. Report results to Management. 
Maintain Business team KPI's. Capture and communicate lessons learned.
Understand & manage overall Site Master Plan
7) Educate and Coach the BC teams on Plant Optimization. 
Provides the environment to learn by doing and develop the framework for collaborative learning. 
Identify pitfalls and roadblocks. 
Create an environment of open sharing between Business Teams.
Mentor, Coach & Audit pillar Teams & Daily Meetings (DMS)    
8) Participate in all pillars processes. Attend Business Team leadership team meetings and steering meeting as required. 
Assist education and communication progress to the site. 
Become the expert of all the pillars methodology while developing his/ her own successor.
9) Follow "One Goodyear way" to ensure standardization across the company. 
Communicate best practise and Benchmark with other plants.
Promote exchange of information between Pillars, Areas & Teams
Provide plant leadership the updates on status of implementation & potential issues/ roadblocks.
