Reporting to Manager-Industrial Engineering, this position is responsible in leading organization to identify ways to improve productivity
Drive the organization to continous improvement in production processes, quality, safety.

•    Conducting time & Motion studies of different processes & activities related to manufacturing
•    Conducting OEE analysis and loss reduction production studies of different processes & activities related to manufacturing
•    Help in preparing weekly and monthly MIS Reports
•    Create and maintain database of parameters related to BOM
•    Capacity calculations and Bottleneck identification
•    Help in ticket analysis
•    Compare and Benchmark best processes in tire manufacturing
