Reporting to Manager-Curing & Final Finish, ensuring executing safety related basics and good knowledge of Tire Quality and defects, customer handling , meeting  Waste and Yield  target and other quality goals, minimize waste and defects better than AOP. Development of talent by mentoring and coaching apart from common goals applicable to plant overall performance.     

 

  1. Ensure all safety standards as per GY requirements.

  2. To ensure all statutory compliances falling in preview of business center.

  3. Minimize the defects  and reduction in Cure tire waste keep it below decided AOP

  4. To drive Plant Optimization- Good knowledge of DEC, WPO and FI.

  5. To coordinate with other department like Production, Engg, Safety to drive the Plant KPI’s.

  6. Responsible for reducing the waste & defects to meet the AOP targets.

  7. Lead Plant optimization DEC and WPO pillar and drive of all necessary requisites.

  8. Carry out plan for improvement for Quality.

  9. Responsible for Kaizen & Improvement activities.

  10. Responsible for shift related activities  as well as maintain the daily reports.
