Senior Officer EHS

1. Understand PEC MS requirments, Goodyears EHS Standards and implement the same at shopfloor in across Business Center.
2.Monitor & evaluate the legal requirement pertaining to EHS as per PEC-MS and other equvilant standards.
3.Conducting periodical Audit, site inspection & report the findings and observation for corrective actions as per PEC-MS.

4.Leading the hazard identification & risk assessment, aspect impact & EHS activities in his perticular Business Centre and encourage the participation of associates in activities.
5.Leading the OHSAS ISO14001, ISO 45001: 2018 & PEC pillar activities in the business centre.
6. Educate, engage and involve the associates in PEC Pillar.

7.Conducting periodical mockdrills.
8.Conducting specialized EHS and PEC MS training in Co-ordination with training department.

9.Build EHS culture in organization.
10.Organizing EHS promotional activities in the business centre.

11.Carryout safety audits, tool box talk.
12.Preparing MIS report for the particular business centre pertaining to EHS.
13.Preparing & upating EHS annual plan.
14.Ensure statutory compliance in terms of EHS and PECMS pertaining to business centre.
15.Ensure Environmental spillage to be control, waste minimization and reduce recycle reuse.

16.Ensure OCPs and awareness about OCPs at shop floor.
17.Assist BC to develop the enviornmental Aspect & Impacts and monitoring plan for significant asspects and impacts.
18.Ensure 100% legal and Statustory compliances.
19.Implement Emergency response & fire prevention system in plant.
20.Implement & execute waste management plan.
21.To ensure consultation and participation of workmen wherever required and follow bottom up approach wherever required.
