Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTB, ensuring reliability of BTB equipments through  PM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methedlogy :-

•    Leader for Reliablity Activities of BTB from Electrical function
•    Shift management of entire Electrical team and follow up for KPIs
•    Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT

Reliability:
•    Leading  the upgradation of obsolute system for Reliablity enhancement
•    Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
•    Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Tire Building Machines
•    Site improvement activities
•    Responsible to control the consumption of Electrical spares etc.
•    To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
•    Responsible planned maintenance and predictive maintenance
