Reporting to Business Center Manager-B, ensuring plant production as per daily ticket with safety and Quality:-

• Handling the plant operations wrt Safety ,Quality and production as a top priority.
• Review day to day production, losses if any, quality issues, safety concerns in the Business team.

Production Management

• Adhering to daily master plan for desired production output
• Coordination between all functions to smoothen production process
• Component level inventory management
• Ensure mandatory norms attainment at all machines

Quality & Waste

• Follow machine level matrix for quality enhancement
• Ensure waste related action are adhered

Safety

• Safety – Near Miss Observation action compliance
• LSP training and compliance adhered
• Accountable for the Safety & Environmental Incidents taking place in the Plant.

Experience

• BE Mechanical or Electrical
• 4+ years of experience in production manufacturing process and equipment, preferably tyre industry.
• Working exposure of handling shifts and delivery of results in manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing exposure in union environment
