CSD & Certification-Recertification: -
1.Responsible for development of annual recertification plan for Hourly associates, delegate the labor trainers for timely recertification of hourly associates along with Manager HR & Training.
2. Responsible on Plant Optimization methodology and provide Training support, including Skill Development, Element Tree Preparation, conduct Assessment, Skill/ Knowledge Gap Analysis and Training, cross pillar coordination, Training delivery and Training module preparation.
3.Coordination with Plant CSD team/POL and timely complying CSD MA points and positions as per AOP
Compliance and HR Liasoning
• Ensure smooth handling of contract billing .
• Ensure contract manpower availability and reduce absenteeism
• Ensure all disciplinary actions related to safety and quality violations.
• Ensure right contract billing provisions are given and identify opportunities to save cost.
• Support for all statutory compliances - permits and licenses, supporting business continuity by ensuring required legal approvals in place
• Handling HR Disciplinary proceedings for hourly's and contract associates
• Support in handling HR services and welfare activities at the plant level.
• Maintain MIS and participate in Plant related audits.
