Electrical Project Engineer

Qualifications

•    Graduated from Electrical Engineering, Electrical&Electronics Engineering
•    Experience more than 5 years
•    Very good command speaking and writing in English
•    Track engineering expense & capital budgeting compliance
•    Responsible for periodical maintenance & operation of the plant electrical substations 
•    Ensure the proper design, installation, modification & maintainability of new & existing plant equipment, buildings & facilities
•    Assist & lead to ensure equipment complies with all safety, environmental & other regulatory compliances
•    Good knowledge on PLC & SCADA, Driver and Automation (Rockwell Allen Bradley is plus)
•    Good knowledge on Autocad (Electrical / Standart)
•    Ability to understand electrical diagrams
•    Ability to program & debug programming languages & understand & troubleshoot machine problems
•    Ability to understand & design modern safety control systems
•    Located in Izmit

Responsbilities

•    Plan, coordinate and manage capital projects from project approval to project close
•    Develop detailed technical specifications for RFQ/RFP related to equipment and conveying purchases and installations
•    Manage SAP documents including drawings, purchase orders and goods receipts
•    Communicate effectively with other functional areas, plant operations teams, vendors and contractors
•    Manage projects on site and manage vendors and contractors, and work with plant teams to ensure work is done safely, on time, within budget, and meeting the project objectives
•    Gain understanding & assist to ensure safety, environmental & other regulatory compliances by working with appropriate associates on EHS issues
•    Perform of the legal compliance requirements (Transformer, grounding, lighting, insulation, fire detection system etc.)
•    Perform plant electrical utilities equipments periodical maintenance (UPS etc.)
•    Provide electrical control rooms on best conditions 
•    Participate energy management system ISO50001
•    Design, develop and evaluate energy-related projects to reduce energy costs and improve energy efficiency
•    Improve existing SCADA system to monitor and control systems for providing immediate knowledge of system performance
