QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Very good knowledge in IT system environment, manufacturing and desktop and server hardware / software environment
• Advanced knowledge in IT infrastructure (Servers, Network, Virtualization, Active Directory, etc.)
• Knowledge of databases and SQL desirable
• Knowledge in Level 0, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 systems (SCADA, PLC, HMI, MES, BDE etc.)
• Knowledge in Manufacturing, Lean Production, Kaizen etc.
• Experience in data collection systems from manufacturing systems
• ITIL Certificate is a plus
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent as well as team-oriented work
• Very good command of English

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for all Manufacturing IT operations in his/her factory
• Manage IT Technicians and support/resolve all escalated issues from IT Technicians 7x24. Ensure the daily operation and support the application as well as the MFG IT Infrastructure components together with other teams
• Actively support the implementations through projects and lead when necessary
• Support the operation of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
• Support L2/L3 Standard applications together with the regional teams
• Administration and Maintenance of Level 2 (Windows / Linux) VM Servers, get OS based backups regularly, get oracle/RMAN Backups/Exports daily basis and Patch management, vulnerability management, OS upgrades regularly
• Business support & User support
• Support Regional Projects (IT Infrastructure / Software Projects, Business Projects as IT Stakeholder, etc.)
• Support Local Projects (Engineering projects, business requests etc.)
• Support Engineering team
• Follow up team expense weekly and monthly basis
