Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Plant Optimization Leader to join our team and drive our local optimization initiatives aligned with regional strategies. This role requires strong leadership, program management, and change management capabilities within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of all resources within the plant to ensure the successful deployment of Plant Optimization initiatives.

• Act as the primary change leader, creating and executing plans to drive necessary mindset and behavior changes aligned with Plant Optimization principles.

• Provide clear direction to the organization to ensure effective execution of Plant Optimization plans.

• Share learnings and best practices with other plants and regional counterparts to foster continuous improvement.

• Support continuous improvement by implementing Lean, Continuous Improvement (CI), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required; a Master’s Degree is a strong asset.

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience in driving and implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/CI/TPM).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong change leadership acumen.

• Excellent program management competencies.

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Ability to lead and direct cross-functional working groups.

• Knowledge of Lean/CI/TPM tools and methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computing tools.

• Very good communication skills with a strong command of English.
