Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Plant Optimization Leader to join our team and drive our local optimization initiatives aligned with regional strategies. This role requires strong leadership, program management, and change management capabilities within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead the coordination of all resources within the plant to ensure the successful deployment of Plant Optimization initiatives.

Act as the primary change leader, creating and executing plans to drive necessary mindset and behavior changes aligned with Plant Optimization principles.

Provide clear direction to the organization to ensure effective execution of Plant Optimization plans.

Share learnings and best practices with other plants and regional counterparts to foster continuous improvement.
-
Support continuous improvement by implementing Lean, Continuous Improvement (CI), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required; a Master’s Degree is a strong asset.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in driving and implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/CI/TPM).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong change leadership acumen.

Excellent program management competencies.
-
Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.

Ability to lead and direct cross-functional working groups.

Knowledge of Lean/CI/TPM tools and methodologies.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computing tools.

Very good communication skills with a strong command of English.
