QUALIFICATION

•    Good command of written and spoken English
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing as Maintenance Engineer
•    Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
•    Conceptual thinking and eagerness to learn
•    Creativity and analytical thinking
•    Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills
•    Strong Interpersonal and communication skills self-motivated, able to work in a team
•    Good in Autocad and MS Office programs
•    Completed military service for male applicants
•    Will locate in İzmit

JOB DESCRIPTON

•    Organize and coordinate maintenance activities
•    Manage a team of maintenance technicians
•    Development of maintenance activities (Breakdowns, improvement activities of Business Team)
•    Budget control of engineering expense
•    Planned maintenance, Total Preventive Maintenance and Reliability activities
