Sales Operation Intern

Requeirements 工作要求：

1. You are request to maintenance of 4S customer orders (daily orders), communicate with the business group and sales in time if there is any problem, and feedback in time to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of orders; 你需要维护4S客户订单（日订单），如有问题及时在业务群及销售沟通进展并及时反馈，保证订单的准确性及及时性；

2. You are responsible to maintenance of customer information and ensure that the address and information delivered by customers are correct; 你需要维护客户信息，保证客户送达的地址和信息无误.

3. You need to maintenance of retail stores on the company's official website and review of paper version agreements of e-commerce channels;你也将负责维护公司官方网站零售门店的维护,电商渠道纸质版协议的审核；
4. You need to assist with office administration, office supplies, express delivery, office maintenance, etc.; 你将协助处理办公室行政工作，办公用品，快递收发，办公室维护等；

5. You also are asked to complete other tasks assigned by the leader.完成领导交代的其它部门工作事项。 

Qualifications 要求：

1. You are a patient and careful person, also be familiar with excel. willing to handle duplicated work. 你是个有耐心，认真负责，熟悉excel基本操作。协助销售运营团队处理日常订单，办公室基础维护，且愿意处理重复机械的订单维护、扫描存档类工作。

2. You can hava the internship at least for 3 months, 3 days a week, can work in school and only need to report to office in Beijing 3~5 days a month. 实习时间：三个月以上，每周至少3个工作日（节假日正常休假）。每月3-5个工作日来办公室，其余时间选择校内工作。
