Assistant Manager - Factory Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

• Run schedule cost  quarterly with the latest update BOM, Routing, RM Price, and Activity Price
• Ensure inventory-related entries, i.e COGI, Variance, stocktake adjustments are relevant and aligned with company policy and procedure.
• Support Factory Accounting Manager on key monthly closing for cycle allocation, reviewing adjustment entry, and variance calculation.
• Responsible for timely review of inventory valuation and master data take necessary actions if needed to secure data reliability.
• Supervise documentation and data validation for inventory and fixed asset
• Prepare and Review necessary accruals for factory costs are made and accountable
• Assist Factory Accounting Manager to handle SAP-PC (Product Costing) and leasing project.
• Support cost study, import tire cost, and audit-related data.
• Other duties and responsibilities in product costing field that might be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Experience in the manufacturing  industry with a complex problem around 5 years
• Knowledge of  SAP MM, PP, FI, CO Modules  with enough experience in a complex manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong Knowledge in Excel and SAP especially MM, PP, FI, and CO Modules
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong Presentation Skill
• Hands-on and proactive management style to ensure timely completion of responsibilities
