Job Responsibilities :

 

Organization Development

  • Collect, analyze and coordinate Plant organization related statistics such as headcount development, employee movement to support succession planning, recruitment and employee development programs.

Training & Development

  • Working with Training Coordinator to analyze development needs and associates skill profiles to prepare proposals on and employee training programs and certification.

Industrial / Employee Relation

  • Administer, coordinate and prepare for the defined employee relationship programs such as communication meetings, monthly program, recognition program, global employee survey, consolidation survey data, etc. as to support the realization of employee engagement
  • Keep track on the implementation of government labor requirements toward current CLA.

Operation

  • Manage data associates at Business Center area such as Attendance report, OT, Sick Leave, Disciplinary actions
  • Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the Business Center
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the Business Center
  • Manages HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the Business Center Team
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

 

Job Requirements :

 

  • EducationBachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering
  • ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience in HR role at manufacturing company
  • KnowledgeExperience in handling several HR spectrums, mostly in Industrial/Employee Relations and or Operation
  • Technical SkillsCommunication skills, Computer literate
  • Personal CharacteristicsHigh integrity, energetic, enthusiastic, professional, good communicator
