HR Manager, Manufacturing Plant

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with TA team to support the recruitment process, such as interview, offering, onboarding preparation, etc. and with business team to support the employee movements, such as job evaluation, salary proposal, relocations, announcements, etc.
  • You will work with HR leaders on organizational effectiveness and change management efforts associated with re-organizations and transformations, support HR leaders to implement the capability building project, such as competency guide implementation, career pathing project, IDP follow up, etc. and for performance management processes, talent and succession plan reviews.
  • You will work closely with talent management team to manage reward and recognition program for plant organization and participate in engagement result analysis, focus groups, and action plan development, in conjunction with business and HR leaders, and follow up on engagement action plans.
  • You will maintain Updated Labour Laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers, supervisors, and employees and ensure the people management compliant with local legal regulations. 
  • You will collaborate with leadership on matters of policy and terms of memoranda of understanding before and throughout negotiation process and with legal counsel and departments in the preparation for and participation in negotiation with employee and labor groups.
  • You will ensure the appropriate strategies, business plans, policies and procedures are developed, approved, communicated to the relevant stakeholders and implemented and handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals.
  • You will coordinate manning plan development with function leader and control manning within responsible areas to ensure under AOP and meet business requirement; prepare database for compensation and HR cost planning and support others various human resources plans development and implementation;
  • You eill monitor OT within budget and aligned with internal and government regulations

 

Primary Requirements:

  • You have bachelor’s degree in human resource or business administration, or equivalent
  • You have at least 6 to 8 years HR management experience (Business Partnering, HR service, CoE, Industrial Relations ) with at minimum 3 years at Manager level
  • You have good knowledge in Indonesia Labour Law and local labor related laws and regulations
  • You have broad understanding of the technical and functional components of HR 
  • You have strong command of Microsoft Office like PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • You have good business knowledge and analytical skills, includes value added perspective, financial awareness, and cost control, etc.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, great organization, planning and time management skills
